Limited liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. This page does not reduce remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
